Well, what can I say, this was one of the best photography sessions I've ever been to. The family is really fun and sporting with endless jokes and humour being thrown around that one just couldn't stop laughing. In the end I couldn't resist taking a family shot and it was my first ever family portrait this huge until I needed to stand precariously on a flimsy, plastic chair in front of people I've only met for the first time and wishing in my heart that my bad knees didn't give way so that I would not be a laughing stock instead. Wow, is that the longest sentence without a fullstop I've ever written?

Ten Thousand Clicks

Of Haziq and his faraway look.
Of Iza and her mummy.
Without realising, my trustworthy and lovely miss diforti has reached a milestone in her partnership with me. Since the first time I touched her in the shop, more than ten thousand shutter clicks have been actuated and the milestone was achieved during the Majlis Cukur Rambut of my cousin's newborn daughter, the super adorable Iza Haziqah. Hopefully this wonderful relationship with miss diforti will last for another thousands of clicks in the future. Insya-Allah.
p.s. Haziq and Iza are siblings and I adore them very much like I love my other cute, little cousins and nephews and nieces. And not forgetting my miss diforti and mr esthree.

For me Raya is never fun without the kids around. The cacophony of noises they created with their shrill voices and their funny antics followed by the innocent looks on their adorable chubby faces will always light up any situation.
